Cancellations + Fees
We strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability but please kindly let us know 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Clients who have canceled or no show 2 or more times will be asked to prepay full amount of appointment before their visit.
Should you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged a $10 cancel/no show fee at your rescheduled appointment.
Late Arrivals
General rule: 15 minutes past touch-up appointment time considered a cancellation of appointment or rescheduling. Length of the appointment may be reduced due to time restraints. Clients arriving over 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule, as accommodating late clients may inconvenience the time of the next appointment.
Touch-Up
Individual results may vary and are dependent on the length/volume of your natural lashes, type of extensions you choose to have applied, and your maintenance on them. Touch-Up prices are based on a 40% requirement, anything less than 20 lash extensions left per eye is considered a full set and will be charged accordingly.
Transfer Fills
Lash Away Studio does perform refill services on work that was not done by our lash artists. However, we cannot guarantee the work of other salons, there are chances that a mix of different adhesives and materials from your previous salon may affect the retention. Clients have the option to remove their lashes and receive a first new set with us or the transfer fill.
Payments/ Gratuities
We accept cash and all major credit cards. Cash gratuities are recommended as our studio and technician pay a 3% fee per card transaction.
Children
For the purpose of safety and sanitation, we cannot accommodate anyone else into the service rooms other than (1) the lash technician and (2) the person receiving the service. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult who can supervise them in the lobby while you receive your service. Our staff cannot supervise your children and cannot be held responsible for any children—if you bring a child with you who is under the age of 12 and there is no one to supervise them.
Results
Individual results may vary and are dependant on the length/volume of your natural lashes, the type of extension you choose to have applied and your maintenance/care for them during the time between your scheduled fills.
Aftercare
Lash extensions MUST NOT contact water, steam or heavy humidity for 24 hours after application. Use of make-up daily will affect retention of your lash extensions. Please disclose any eye conditions, injuries, medication or treatments used on/in or affecting eye area in advanced to your appointment.
